Complaints Jan 2008

Pusat Khidmat Aduan Pengguna Nasional (NCCC) telah dirasmikan oleh Yang Berhormat Datuk Hj. Mohd Shafie Apdal, Menteri Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna pada 13 Julai 2004.NCCC ditubuhkan di atas inisiatif bersama Persatuan Penyelidikan dan Penyilidikan Pengguna Malaysia (ERA Consumer Malaysia), Persatuan Pengguna Selangor dan Wilayah Persekutuan dan Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna.

    I would like to share my service and experience with the bus company – Plusliner. Instead of complaining, I would like to inform you is that I saw I tremendous improvement of the Plusliner comparing to few minths ago there was a fight between the drivef and the passenger which it doesnt happened to Plusliner anymore. The bus is leaving on time eve with fewer passengers on board. I am talking about the experience traveling between Johor Buhru and Seremban. Comparing to many agent in Johor lurking bas
    station where many are offering the expensive bus ticket
    and inform about the bus is leaving on time but never, like recently I took Nadia Holiday bus back to Seremban is an awful experience where the bus take a detour to pick up the passengers
